Licensed to practice law in 1998 Amarilis E. Adorno-Cunill, who is known as Amy, has a passion for getting results. Amy graduated in 1995 from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor where she obtained a B.A. degree in Psychology. After graduating from Ann Arbor, Amy attended the University of Wisconsin where she obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree. Amy is a member of the Wisconsin Bar, the Western District Court of Wisconsin, the Florida Bar, the Southern District Court of Florida, the American Bar Association and American Association for Justice. Prior to opening her own law office, Amy served the Miami-Dade County State Attorney's Office--Child Support Division.
In 2001, Amy began practicing real estate law, focusing on both commercial and residential real estate closings. Amy’s years of experience combined with excellent customer service resulted in Amy being recognized by Attorney’s Fund as a member of their prestigious President’s Circle. Amy is always available to meet with clients for a free consultation.

John served in the U. S. Army Reserves later obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Florida International University and a Juris Doctorate Degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.
While in Law School, John worked at the Department of Homeland Security, I.C.E. as a certified legal intern. During his tenure at I.C.E., John worked on numerous immigration cases. John also worked at the Miami Dade County State Attorney’s office as a certified legal intern. While working at the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office, John represented the State of Florida in the prosecution of DUI, drug possession, and theft cases.
John focuses on Municipal Law, Criminal Law and Business Litigation with an emphasis partnership/contract disputes, John volunteers at numerous functions throughout the City of Miami and Miami-Dade County. John served as a Board Member for the City of Miami’s Homeland Defense/ Neighborhood Improvement Bond Oversight Board. http://www.miamigov.com/BondOversight/pages/ and is a member of the American Bar Association Military Pro Bono Project.
Of Counsel
Ken primarily focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, real estate litigation, family law and corporate counseling. He currently serves as outside counsel for financial institutions, insurance companies, real estate brokerage firms and developers.
Ken is a member of the Florida Bar, Trial Attorney Section of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, Cuban American Bar Association, American Bar Association, the American Association for Justice and Dade County Bar Association.
Ken graduated cum laude from the University of Miami in 2004 and from the University of Miami School of Law in 2007.
